Opportunity Zone Invest ("we", "us", "our") operates opportunityzoneinvest.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Email + segmentation tags. When you sign up for alerts, we collect your email address and the tags you opt into (state, intent, gain-size bracket). We use this to send relevant OZ 2.0 updates.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 collects aggregate usage data (page views, time on page, device type, approximate geography). We do not collect names, addresses, or any financial information.
• Map + calculator inputs. Addresses, ZIPs, and tract IDs you enter are used only to return a result. They are not stored against your identity.

Email provider

We use Resend to manage our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to remember UI preferences and third-party cookies from Google Analytics for aggregate reporting. Decline via your browser settings if you prefer.
